Outside of any holiday closures listed below, you can expect your order to be shipped in 1-3 business days. We will post any changes or updates here as soon as they are available.

  • Thanksgiving:
    • The PM Time Service office will be CLOSED beginning at 12:00pm (noon) MST on Wednesday, November 27th through Friday, November 29th, 2024, for the Thanksgiving holiday.
    • During this time, the website will still be operational and you will be able to purchase items. Then, starting Saturday, November 30th, 2024, orders will ship out in the order in which they were received, and all emails and inquiries will be answered in the order in which they were submitted.
  • Christmas:
    • The PM Time Service office will be CLOSED beginning at 12:00pm (noon) MST on Friday, December 20th through Thursday, December 26th, 2024, for the Christmas holiday.
    • During this time, the website will still be operational and you will be able to purchase items. Then, starting Friday, December 27th, 2024, orders will ship out in the order in which they were received, and all emails and inquiries will be answered in the order in which they were submitted.
  • New Year's:
    • The PM Time Service office will be CLOSED beginning at 12:00pm (noon) MST on Tuesday, December 31st, 2024, through Sunday, January 5th, 2025, for the New Year's holiday.
    • During this time, the website will still be operational and you will be able to purchase items. Then, starting Monday, January 6th, 2025, orders will ship out in the order in which they were received, and all emails and inquiries will be answered in the order in which they were submitted.
  • Annual inventory closure:
    • The PM Time Service office will be CLOSED beginning at 12:00pm (noon) MST on Friday, February 14th through Sunday, March 2nd, 2025, for our annual inventory and reconciliation project.
    • During this time, the website will still be operational and you will be able to purchase items. Then, starting Monday, March 3rd, 2025, orders will ship out in the order in which they were received, and all emails and inquiries will be answered in the order in which they were submitted.

2024 Suggested Shipping Cut-Off Dates:

To ensure you receive your order in time during the upcoming holidays, please refer to the following dates for a guideline to when you can expect various USPS & UPS services to deliver to you before Christmas (December 25th). We have added a little extra time to each service to account for the high volume of holiday shipping experienced annually. Please add additional time if you have inclement weather anticipated in your area during your delivery window.
