Hamilton 16S 21J lever set (LS) adj. 6p grade 992B pocket watch #C387579, impressive nickel split plate movement with bold red ruby jewels and a bar-style damascene pattern, double sunk (DS) off-white hard enamel dial with bold black boxcar-style numbers, black minute markers and a black marked subsidiary seconds register is marked "Hamilton Railway Special", dial has a number of hairlines, light scratches and some small patches of discoloration, black steel spade & whip style hands, handsome yellow gold filled (YGF) smooth polish Hamilton model #16 screw back & bezel (SB&B) case with deep crescent-shaped engraving on the bezels, short heavy shoulders, a recessed crown and a fancy triangular bow, case is showing normal even wear overall with a few notable small scratches and scuffs on the frame & bow, additionally the bow does look to be a replacement to the case, measures approx. 50mm diameter x 62mm in length x 16mm thick (crystal included). A high quality, triple signed Hamilton railroad grade watch from the 1950s, showing its age but running strong in good overall condition, perfect to carry everyday!
