Waltham 18S 7J key wind pocket watch #7055934, handsome gilt full plate movement with a brushed finish and a fancy engraved balance bridge with a "W" worked into the design, movement is marked "Am. Watch Co.", single sunk (SS) porcelain enamel dial with bold Roman numerals and a black-marked subsidiary seconds register is marked "A.W.W. Co" and does have some faint hairlines, blue steel spade style hands, re-cased into a smooth polish white base metal (WBM) hinge back & bezel (HB&B) case with a short pendant, a large heavy bow and offset hinges, case is showing normal wear with some small spots of discoloration on the front bezel, back, bow & dust cover, measures approx. 57mm in diameter x 83mm in length x 20mm thick (crystal included). An attractive vintage Waltham from the 1890s in excellent overall condition!
