Hamilton 16S 21J lever set (LS) adj. 5p grade 992 pocket watch #796114, impressive nickel split plate movement with screw-down gold jewel settings (GJS) and an elaborate damascene pattern of fancy concentric circles bisected with a swath of stylized geometric grid, double sunk (DS) porcelain enamel dial with fancy Arabic numbers, red 5 minute Arabic markers and a black-marked subsidiary seconds register has some faint hairlines, blue steel spade-style hands, handsome yellow gold filled (YGF) screw back & bezel (SB&B) case with a vertical line brushed Butler finish, deep groove engraving on the bezels, heavy shoulders with a recessed crown, a heavy faceted bow and a glass crystal, case is showing light even wear with a few light scuffs on the Butler finish and small scratches on the bow, while there are no additional screw marks on the case, it is likely a replacement to the original, measures approx. 51mm in diameter x 62mm in length x 14mm thick (crystal included). A classic vintage Hamilton railroad grade workhorse from the early 1900s in excellent+ overall condition!
