Hamilton 16S 21J lever set (LS) adj. 6p grade 992B pocket watch #C13898, attractive nickel split plate movement with gold jewel settings (GJS), a gold center wheel and a bar-style damascene pattern, double sunk (DS) porcelain enamel dial with bold Arabic boxcar style numbers and a black-marked subsidiary seconds register is marked "Hamilton Railway Special", dial has a small cluster of faint hairlines and a small expert repair at 8 o'clock, bold blue steel spade & whip style hands, impressive yellow gold filled (YGF) smooth polish Hamilton Model 11 screw back & bezel (SB&B) case with deeply engraved art-deco style comets on the bezels, heavy stepped shoulders and a short heavy pendant supporting a recessed crown, a fancy bow with medallion engravings and a glass crystal, case is showing light even wear with an unusual scuff pattern on the back cover along with a few small spots of brass starting to show on the frame, bezels & bow, measures approx. 51mm in diameter x 62mm in length x 13mm thick (crystal included). An impressive triple signed Hamilton railroad grade watch from the 1940s in excellent+ condition overall!
