Hampden (Swiss) 12S 17J grade YXV cal. 68 pocket watch, attractive nickel bridge-layout movement with bold red ruby jewels and a brushed finish, champagne-toned metal single sunk (SS) dial with a brushed finish, raised gold Arabic numbers, a black-marked outer minute marker ring and a black-marked subsidiary seconds register has a number of short scratches and some small specks of discoloration, slender gold steel baton style hands with pointed tips, elegant 14k (marked) thin-model friction fit case with a brushed Butler finish, beveled accents on the bezels, a very short pendant with a slightly recessed crown and a fancy bow, case is showing normal even wear with a bit of scuffing to the Butler finish and a few shallow depressions at the edges of the back cover, measures approx. 43mm in diameter x 51mm in length x 9mm thick (crystal included), weighs approx. 26.7dwt (watch included)/10.0dwt (case only). An elegant, classic solid gold vintage dress watch from the mid-1900s in excellent overall condition!
