Impressive yellow gold filled (YGF), yellow base metal (YBM) & mother of pearl picture locket spinner pocket watch chain fob, two elaborate YGF panels with extended corners engraved with geometric designs each support a thick rectangular piece of natural mother of pearl, each mother of pearl piece has a cream-colored base with opalescent accents of blue, green, pink and grey, the two panels are then connected together with a recessed YBM frame so the entire design resembles an old fashioned book, small button depress at the top of one short side opens the fob to reveal the picture locket area inside, rectangular frame bordered with brass and a glass pane will support a single photo or, if desired, a small keepsake that is not too deep such as a small lock of hair or clipping of material, heavy YGF smooth polish filigree frame outside the locket connects at the sides and allows the locket to spin within it, sturdy top connector loop, locket is showing moderate wear with some brass showing on the filigree frame and connector loop along with the glass panel having an expert repair as it has been split and re-glued, measures approx. 25mm wide x 37mm in length x 12mm thick. A very impressive and detailed vintage watch fob in excellent overall condition!
