Elgin 12S 15J grade 315 pocket watch #19868208, handsome nickel split plate movement with screw-down jewel settings and a fancy concentric circle damascene pattern, single sunk (SS) porcelain enamel dial with bold Roman numerals and a black-marked subsidiary seconds register has some short faint hairlines near the center post, blue steel spade & whip style hands, re-cased into a lovely yellow gold filled (YGF) screw back & bezel (SB&B) case with crisp engine turning across the back and a fancy blank monogram shield with elaborate floral engravings surrounding it at 6 o'clock and a fancy pendant detailing near the bow connection, case is showing light even wear overall with a few light scuffs of note on the back and frame but no heavy scratching or damage, measures approx. 44mm in diameter x 59mm in length x 12mm thick (crystal included). A very attractive vintage Elgin from the early 1900s in excellent+ overall condition!
