Elgin 12S 15J grade 315 pocket watch #25948376, handsome nickel split plate movement with screw-down jewel settings and a fancy concentric circle damascene pattern, elaborate single sunk (SS) silver-toned metal dial with a center detail of vertical line engraving that is finished with alternating matte and polished finishes, outer ring with a matte finish under the fancy black Arabic-style numbers and a polished-finish subsidiary seconds register marked in black has a few small spots of discoloration, bold blue steel double cross-bar diamond style hands, beautiful 14k white gold Elgin swing out square case with slightly flared sides, a thin vertical engraving across the back cover, deep geometric and floral engraving on both bezels, chevron engraved patterns on the frame, hidden hinge and a fancy French-style bow with floral engraving, case is showing normal very light wear overall with a small bit of smoothing on the frame engraving but no notable scratches or damage, measures approx. 43mm wide x 55mm in length x 11mm thick (crystal included). A very handsome triple signed solid gold Elgin from the 1920s in excellent+ overall condition!
