Ball-Hamilton 16S 21J lever set (LS) adj. 5p grade 999P Official RR Standard pocket watch #B610793, handsome nickel split plate movement with screw-down gold jewel settings (GJS), a gold center wheel and a uniform concentric circle damascene pattern, there is a light but long scratch going from the case screw across the bridge plate, single sunk (SS) porcelain enamel dial with fancy Arabic numbers and a black-marked subsidiary seconds register has a faint hairline between the center wheel & seconds register, heavy blue steel spade style hands, impressive Keystone white gold filled (WGF) smooth polish screw back & bezel (SB&B) case with coin edge bezels, a short heavy pendant with a recessed crown, a heavy square bow and a glass crystal, case is showing normal even wear with very little smoothing to the engraving and a small bit of brass starting to show on the pendant & bow, measures approx. 51mm in diameter x 65mm in length x 14mm thick (crystal included). A very high quality railroad grade Ball watch from the 1920s in excellent+ overall condition!
