4.5" yellow gold filled (YGF) chatelaine-style pocket watch chain with fancy ball weights, heavy YGF center connector ring supports 4 chain segments (arms), first arm has YGF smooth polish oval links finished by a short smooth polish fancy YGF t-bar with a wave design, second arm has matching YGF oval links finished by a small YGF swivel, third arm has slightly larger YGF oval links with a wave-design finished with a small fancy ball-design weight, fourth arm has smooth polish ball-style links finished with a medium-sized fancy ball-design weight, both ball weights have been deeply engraved with various stars, swirls, circles, etc., findings, links and weights are all showing normal even wear with a few very small spots of brass showing, unfortunately there are also a few small nicks on various findings and links, likely from an aggressive test for gold content.

This item can be paired with a small (OS or lower) pocket watch or with a decorative fob, key, locket, etc. To wear, you would connect the chain to your person with the t-bar through a shirt, jacket or vest button hole and allow the chain to hang down. A beautiful, distinctive vintage chain for him or her in excellent condition!
