14k gold, steel and yellow citrine pencil holder pocket watch chain fob, a thin plate of solid 14k gold over steel a center lead holder with detailed floral and geometric engraving along the length and on the raised heavy 14k pencil slide and gem-set base, set on the end with a light yellow citrine base which screws on and off to allow a refill of the lead in the pencil, a smooth polish band supports a large ring connector to attach the fob to your watch chain, necklace, etc. and slides along the length to allow for weight balancing and moving out of the way when the steel lead holding mechanism is extended, the fob is showing a few shallow dents but otherwise in excellent condition with the lead mechanism extending and retracting as expected, measures approx. 32mm in length (closed) x 5mm in diameter at the base, weighs approx. 5.2dwt. This lovely fob is large enough to use as a t-bar finding on your watch chain if desired. An impressive, unique high quality vintage chain fob in excellent condition!
