14k & enamel fancy round pocket watch chain fob, heavy smooth polish 14k gold (tested) round fob shield with fancy scalloped edges and a top connector hole with 10k gold (tested) ring has an elaborate raised design on the front of a man in uniform holding a rifle with the United States flag behind him next to a raised design of a crossed sword and scabbard over a shield-shaped emblem, emblem is finished with a white enamel background and a dark red enamel "C" and a dark blue enamel "I" in the center with the year "1902" engraved in fancy script below, reverse has the inscription in fancy script "For Best Drill Presented by Capt K. B. Millett to Robert Piothesok", also marked on the back is "solid gold" and a very worn additional stamp, possibly the manufacturer, fob is showing normal even wear with a bit of heavier wear on the reverse inscriptions, measures approx. 32mm in diameter x 41mm in height x 2mm thick, weighs approx. 7.1dwt. An interesting, high quality gold watch chain fob in excellent condition!
