Savoy 29mm 17J ladies' pocket watch, handsome nickel split plate movement with bold red ruby jewels, brushed finish and an extra bridge and gear in the train for the sweep second assembly, mint silver-toned metal dial with fancy Arabic-style numbers, 5 minute markers and marked "MiloS", slender black steel baton-style hands and a red sweep second hand, smooth polish Savoy Sterling silver friction fit case with a high-domed acrylic crystal and multiple silver hallmarks across the frame, pendant, bow and back showing only very light even wear, measures approx. 32mm in diameter x 40mm in length x 11mm thick (crystal included). This style of watch was considered a "nurse's watch" during WWII. An elegant, high quality vintage watch from the 1940s in excellent+ condition!
