Waltham 6S 7J Seaside ladies' pocket watch #11646371, handsome nickel split plate movement with an unusual plate layout and a fancy geometric damascene pattern, mint single sunk (SS) porcelain enamel dial with Roman numerals, red 5 minute markers and a black-marked subsidiary seconds register, black steel spade-style hands, lovely thin-model yellow gold filled (YGF) fully engraved hunting case (HC) with tight engine turning behind an unusual design of floral drops from the top of the case on either side of a blank diamond-shaped monogram shield on one side and an engraving of a house on a hill on the reverse, coin edge frame and a heavy bow, case is showing normal even wear with not much smoothing to the engraving however a few small dents at the top of the bow and near the hinges on each cover along with some notable discoloration on the interior of the front case, likely from an improperly applied gold test, measures approx. 42mm in diameter x 57mm in length x 11mm thick. A wonderful vintage watch from the early 1900s in excellent condition overall!
