Bulova 21J grade 6BA ladies' wrist watch, case #L2 821204, lovely gold-flashed nickel split plate vintage mechanical manual-wind movement with bold red ruby jewels, champagne-toned metal dial with raised gold Arabic style numbers and markers has a small scratch and some uniform patina across the dial, fancy gold steel hands, ornate yellow base metal (YBM) & stainless steel (SS) square case with deeply sculpted bezel sides supporting a domed glass crystal with a magnifying effect, Bulova marked crown and raised sculpted chevron-shaped center extended lugs, case is showing normal light wear overall with a few spots of discoloration near the crown from winding and a few scuffs across the top of the crystal, we can replace the crystal with a new plastic one at no charge on request however it will not have the domed or magnifying properties of the current glass one, measures approx. 16mm wide x 29mm lug to lug x 9mm thick (crystal included), YBM & SS bracelet-style band with fancy lug connectors and a uniform width along the length of the band of smooth polish segments finished with a small fold-over clasp, total wearable length is approx. 150mm. An eye-catching, high quality vintage Bulova from the 1950s in excellent+ overall condition!
