Yellow base metal (YBM) heart-shaped filigree button cover, heart-shaped design created from lines of YBM filigree has a depressed center line engraved with a geometric pattern, smooth polish round back cover with a hinged back to slip over a button up to 15mm in diameter, cover is showing only very light wear, measures approx. 24mm wide x 27mm long x 7mm thick. A handsome button cover from the 1980s in near mint condition!
