Hamilton 17J wrist watch grade 987-F #4231631, vintage mechanical manual-wind movement, single sunk (SS) silver-toned metal dial with a brushed finish, unusual fancy luminous Arabic numbers and a subsidiary seconds register has some light scuffing but no damage to the numbers, skeletonized blue steel hands with luminous inlay, heavy smooth polish white gold filled (WGF) Hamilton "Raleigh" model cushion-shaped case with a wide raised bezel and a heavy frame with short extended lugs, case is showing normal even wear overall with small spots of brass starting to show on the corners of the top bezel and along the lug edges but with no heavy scratching or damage and measures approx. 28mm wide x 39mm lug to lug, glass crystal, burgundy-colored textured leather band. An elegant and high grade vintage Hamilton wrist watch from the 1940s in excellent condition!
