Bulova 17J wrist watch, vintage mechanical manual-wind movement, off-white metal dial with a brushed finish, raised round and rectangular markers set with clear crystal inserts, black hash-mark minute markers and a seconds register at 6 o'clock has some small specks and a little patina near the edge in places, gold steel whip-style hands, heavy smooth polish yellow gold filled (YGF) rectangular case with a slender bezel supporting a faceted heavy plastic crystal and elaborate comma-shaped extended lugs, case is showing normal even wear overall but does have a few small spots of brass starting to show, measures approx. 21mm wide x 36mm lug to lug x 10mm thick (crystal included), unusual yellow gold plated (YGP) tight-mesh band with smooth polish finials between the watch lugs has a section of YGP & stainless steel (SS) expansion band instead of a traditional watch buckle, band is showing some wear to the color along with a small depression on one of the expansion band links, but is overall still in excellent shape. A distinctive, high quality vintage wrist watch in excellent condition!
