Bulova quartz Marine Star with day & date wrist watch, matte black metal Canadian-style dial with raised gold triangular markers with luminous accents, outer ring of gold Arabic numbers 13-24 and a gold-bordered day & date aperture at 3 o'clock, aperture is displaying black letters and Arabic numbers on a white background, markers have some patina but no heavy scratches or damage, skeletonized gold steel spade & whip style hands with luminous inserts and a gold sweep second hand with a luminous ball accent at the end, thin-model white base metal (WBM), yellow gold plated (YGP) & stainless steel (SS) cushion-shaped water-resistant case with a brushed finish on the WBM frame and short heavy extended lugs, rotating bezel with YGP sides and a matte WBM top has black numbers and marks around the flat glass crystal, heavy shoulders around the brass crown, case is showing normal even wear overall however the gold plating is showing wear and discoloration on the bezel along with a few notable scratches on the crystal and WBM part of the bezel, we can replace the crystal with a new plastic one at no charge on request, measures approx. 36mm wide x 43mm lug to lug x 8mm thick (crystal included), matching yellow base metal (YBM) & SS bracelet-style metal band with narrow center YBM segments flanked by tapering SS outer segments with a large SS Bulova-marked buckle with a safety catch, a few of the YBM segments near the buckle are showing some discoloration, band does have a length extension installed that can be removed to shorten the band by 1/2". A nice looking quartz watch from Bulova in excellent overall condition!
