US Time for Timex 0J "dollar" wrist watch, vintage mechanical manual-wind movement, off-white metal dial with a matte finish and dark silver Arabic numbers has notable patina around the edges, silver steel wedge-style hands, classic white base metal (WBM) chrome & stainless steel (SS) round case with a smooth polish stepped bezel, short heavy lugs and a slightly recessed crown, case is showing normal wear however the crown and back have some notable discoloration and scratches, measures approx. 34mm in diameter x 41mm lug to lug x 10mm thick (crystal included), dark brown deeply textured leather strap band. This watch is an example of an unusual collaboration between US Time & Timex, possibly from during the reorganization that happened during the 1940s. An interesting mechanical wind watch that is running surprisingly strong and is still looking nice enough to wear daily in very good overall condition!
