Vintage Wrist Watches
Wrist watches are our most commonly found watch today, merging functionality and fashion in so many different variations that each person can find a number of watches that accent their personal style. Watches worn on the wrist were first seen during the late 1700s as a women's accessory, and were found more frequently by the mid-1800s in men's sizes. However, it was not until the 1920s that wrist watches for both genders really became popular, and heralded the phasing out of pocket watch production for most companies.
The majority of the wrist watches you will find here on the PM Time Service website will typically have been produced from the 1890s thru the 1970s, with a small part of our catalog, the quartz watches, being made from the 1970s until today.
